Geolocation Messaging
Relay is a real-time, location and broadcast based messaging system. Meet people nearby, know what's happening around you, share what's going on in real time.
Mimic human interaction
Every messaging app requires you to create an account, connect with someone before you can talk to them.
But real-life human connection doesn't work that way. You walk into a coffee shop, meet someone and start talking. It's spontaneous and present. Relay brings that back.
Just walk in and talk
Open Relay and you're instantly present. You show up in the map, you receive messages from people nearby. Close the app, you walk out. No account needed, your device is like an individual to Relay.
Your profile stores in your local device, there is no user registry in Relay server. Relay does not store user messages, so no annoying notifications as well.
Word of mouth
In real life, interesting things spread naturally through word of mouth not because of an algorithm but because people choose to share it.
Relay works the same way. When you receive a message, you can tap relay. You re-broadcast to people within your range. The message hops and propagates geographically outward.
No feed manipulation or algorithm. Just the oldest information network in human history — people talking to people nearby.
